The bursary will be disbursed in two installments of $250.00, at the November and April concerts. The Application deadline for the coming season is August 15. Applicants should send a brief cover letter and a résumé outlining their current musical training and choral experience to info@viachoralis.ca.
Choral Conducting Mentorship Programme
Each season Via Choralis accepts applications for the position of Choral Conducting Scholar. The Conducting Scholar will attend rehearsals, receive private coaching from our Artistic Director and have opportunities to conduct the choir during rehearsals and performances. Applicants should send a brief cover letter and a résumé outlining their current musical training and conducting experience to ad@viachoralis.ca.
Young Soloists
Via Choralis provides opportunities for young student singers to perform major choral-orchestral works. Many of these musicians go on to pursue professional musical careers.
